81-2,157. Hybrid seed corn; violations; penalty.Every violation of the provisions of sections 81-2,155 and 81-2,156 shall be a Class III misdemeanor. The Department of Agriculture, through its duly authorized agent or agents, shall report violations of said sections to the proper county attorney or to the Attorney General for prosecution.
