81-3119. Health andHuman Services Cash Fund; created; investment.TheHealth and Human Services Cash Fund is created and shall consist of fundsfrom contracts, grants, gifts, or fees. Transfersmay be made from the fund to the General Fund at the direction of the Legislature. Anymoney in the Health and Human Services Cash Fund available for investmentshall be invested by the state investment officer pursuant to the NebraskaCapital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.
