85-209. Agricultural laboratory in Box Butte County; purpose; management.For the furtherance and promotion of agricultural interests of this state, an agricultural laboratory shall be established on land provided for this purpose by the citizens of Box Butte County near the city of Alliance, Box Butte County, Nebraska, which laboratory shall be under the control and management of the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska.
