Denial of admissionof certain qualified student; prohibited.No publicly funded college or university in this state shallprohibit the admission of any student educated in any schoolwhich elects to meet the requirements of subsections (2) through (6) of section 79-1601 if the student is qualified for admissionas shown by testing results.
