87-220. Trade name; failure to register; violation; penalty.Any person, not excepted by section 87-210, who shall engage in or transact any business in this state under a trade name, as defined in sections 87-208 to 87-220, without registering such trade name shall be deemed guilty of a Class V misdemeanor.
