1A.080 “Service retirement allowance” defined. “Service retirement allowance” means monthly payments from the Judicial Retirement Fund paid to a retired justice of the Supreme Court, district judge, justice of the peace or municipal judge pursuant to the Judicial Retirement Plan for the remainder of his or her life.
