277.071 - “Borrowing local government” defined.

277.071  “Borrowing local government” defined.  “Borrowing local government” means a local government authorized to borrow money and become obligated to repay it which:

      1.  Borrows money from an issuer; or

      2.  Leases or enters into an arrangement for an installment purchase with a facility financed by an issuer.
