41.250 Recording of decree. Any decree rendered under the provisions of NRS 41.209 to 41.260, inclusive, must be recorded with the State Health Officer and in the office of the county recorder of the county in which the decree was rendered.

NRS 41.260 No fees to be charged by clerk. There shall be no fee charged or collected by any county clerk for any proceeding under the provisions of NRS 41.209 to 41.260, inclusive.
