356.085 Interest on deposits: Contract; amount. The interest to be paid by a depository bank, credit union or savings and loan association must be paid in accordance with the contract made with the State Treasurer and in an amount determined by the rates established pursuant to NRS 356.015 or by any Act of Congress.
