SUPPLIERS, IMPORTERS AND PERMISSIBLE PERSONS

  • 369.382 - Suppliers: Authority to engage in business of importing, wholesaling or retailing alcoholic beverages restricted.
  • 369.386 - Suppliers: Conditions for selling to importer or wholesaler; designation of importer and agent.
