396.802 - System and Board of Regents not obligated to acquire property from nonprofit corporation.

396.802  System and Board of Regents not obligated to acquire property from nonprofit corporation.  Neither the System nor the Board of Regents is obligated to acquire from such a nonprofit corporation any property acquired by it, except as is otherwise provided in NRS 396.807.
