439.522 Public hearings. The Health Division may, within the limits of available money, hold public hearings at such times and places as it determines necessary to provide the general public and representatives of governmental agencies and organizations interested in the Program or issues affecting physical fitness and wellness an opportunity to present relevant information and recommendations.
