439B.460 Director authorized to delegate powers and duties. The Director may delegate:
1. Any of the Director’s powers or duties pursuant to this chapter to the Administrator of the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy of the Department.
2. Any of the Department’s powers or duties pursuant to this chapter to the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy.

NRS 439B.500 Penalty for violation of chapter. In addition to any civil or administrative penalty specifically provided in this chapter, any person who violates a provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $5,000 for each violation.
