457.020 - Definitions.
457.020 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:
1. “Cancer” means all malignant neoplasms, regardless of the tissue of origin, including malignant lymphoma and leukemia.
2. “Health care facility” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 162A.740 and also includes freestanding facilities for plastic reconstructive, oral and maxillofacial surgery.
3. “Health Division” means the Health Division of the Department of Health and Human Services.
