SECURITY FREEZES

  • 598C.300 - Duty of reporting agency to place security freeze in file of consumer upon request; procedures; use of personal identification number or password; security freeze must not be considered adv
  • 598C.310 - Duty of reporting agency to provide written disclosure of rights of consumer regarding security freeze; form of written disclosure.
  • 598C.320 - Fees.
  • 598C.330 - Duty of reporting agency to provide notice of changes made to consumer file; exceptions.
