644.0233 “Cosmetologist’s apprentice” defined. “Cosmetologist’s apprentice” means a person who is engaged in learning the occupation of a cosmetologist in a cosmetological establishment and who is registered with the Board to practice cosmetology as a cosmetologist’s apprentice.
