670A.220 Withdrawal from membership. Upon 6 months’ written notice to the board of directors, a member of the corporation may withdraw from membership, and, after the date of the withdrawal, the member is free of obligations under this chapter, except those accrued or committed by the corporation before the effective date of the withdrawal.
