688C.040 “Business of viatical settlements” defined. “Business of viatical settlements” means the offering, solicitation, negotiation, procurement, effectuation, purchasing, financing, monitoring, tracking, underwriting, selling, transferring, pledging or otherwise hypothecating of viatical settlements.
