689C.590 Disciplinary action for violation of provisions. The Commissioner may deny, revoke or suspend a certificate of registration of any voluntary purchasing group found to be in violation of NRS 689C.490 to 689C.600, inclusive.

NRS 689C.600 Regulations. The Commissioner shall adopt such regulations as are needed to carry out the requirements of NRS 689C.490 to 689C.600, inclusive.
