Section 21-P:10-a Director of Safety Services; Retirement System.
For purposes of classification under the provisions of RSA 100-A, the director of safety services shall be considered a permanent policeman if the director was a permanent police member of group II for at least 10 years prior to appointment as director of safety services and continues to be certified as a police officer.
