Section 7:34-f Private Practice Restricted; Carroll County.
The Carroll county attorney shall not directly or indirectly engage in the private practice of criminal law or accept any fees or compensation other than his official salary for any legal services in the field of criminal law. He may engage in the private practice of civil law.
