Section 27:6 Sheriff's Bond.
The clerk of the superior court for each county shall annually, before December 1, lay before the court the sheriff's bond to the county, the sufficiency of which and of the sureties thereon shall be considered by the court, and a record of the sufficiency or insufficiency thereof shall be entered upon the docket.
