Section 36-A:6 Commissioner of Resources and Economic Development.
The commissioner of the department of resources and economic development may establish a program to assist, at their request, the cities and towns which have adopted the provisions of this chapter, in acquiring land and in planning of use and structures as described in RSA 36-A:2.
