Section 124:13-c Workforce Investment Act Funds.
The administrative entity for the federal Workforce Investment Act funds shall submit a quarterly written report to the legislative fiscal committee, senate president, and speaker of the house of representatives. The entity shall make an oral presentation to the legislative fiscal committee on a semi-annual basis.
