Section 502-A:7-a Deputy Clerk of the Nashua District Court.
The Nashua District Court shall have a deputy clerk appointed by the justice thereof, who shall hold office during the pleasure of the justice appointing him. He shall have the qualifications, powers and duties as prescribed for clerks of district courts.
