Section 546-B:60 Savings Clause.
This chapter replaces former RSA 546, except that former RSA 546 shall be taken and treated as remaining in full force and effect for the purpose of sustaining any pending action or proceeding. Any judgment for support obtained under former RSA 546, or otherwise, shall be subject to enforcement under this chapter.
