Section 547:11-e Failure to Prosecute Appeal.
If the appellant fails to enter an appeal within the time limited and prosecute such appeal, a record thereof shall be made, and, within 10 days, the clerk of court shall transmit to the probate court appealed from a certificate of such forfeiture.
