Section 557:29 Claims Proved Elsewhere.

If it is made to appear to the judge that claims have been duly proved against the deceased person in another state, and if the judge shall receive a certified list of such claims, he shall add the same to the list of claims which may have been proved within his jurisdiction, so that he may make a just distribution of the property found in this state among all the creditors.
