Section 651-A:18 Revocation Required.


   I. The board may revoke the parole of any parolee who:
      (a) Violates the conditions of his parole;
      (b) Violates the law; or
      (c) Associates with criminal companions.
   II. The board shall revoke the parole of any parolee who:
      (a) Is convicted of a felony; or
      (b) Absconds from parole supervision for a period of 60 days or more.
   III-V. [Repealed.]
