Section 83-E:3 Collection of Tax.
Every provider shall collect and monthly remit the tax to the state as provided in RSA 83-E:5. Providers whose average monthly tax collections do not exceed $100 may apply to the commissioner to remit taxes annually. Approval of such requests shall be at the discretion of the commissioner.
