Section 100-A:19-b Minimum Age.
For the purposes of this subdivision only, minimum age shall mean:
I. For a member who has completed less than 20 years combined creditable service in both group I and group II, 60 years.
II. For a member who has completed 20 or more years of combined creditable service, one year shall be deducted from age 60 for each year of creditable group II service, provided that the age shall not be less than 45 years.
