Section 106-K:6 Confidentiality.
All data stored in J-One shall be confidential and shall be exempt from disclosure under RSA 91-A; provided, however, that nothing in this chapter shall affect the continued application of RSA 91-A to such information, to the extent that it is collected and maintained separately by a member agency.
