Section 119:14 Compensation of Board Members.
No member of the board, excepting the secretary, shall receive compensation for any services rendered; but the necessary expenses actually incurred by each member in the performance of his duties shall be paid by the state. The board may fix the compensation of the secretary, to be paid in like manner.
