Section 125-G:17 Agreements to be Submitted to Governor.
The office shall submit any written agreement or modification or technical revision to an agreement negotiated under RSA 125-G:15, approved by the office, and approved by the federal Department of Energy or other federal agency to the governor. The office shall submit with the agreement, modification, or technical revision a written summary of the hearings held under RSA 125-G:15.
