Section 141-F:9-a Testing Not Required.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to require that health care workers be tested for the presence of the human immunodeficiency virus or the hepatitis B virus as a condition of employment or practice in a health care facility licensed in accordance with RSA 151.
