Section 149-O:5 Report.
The committee shall prepare an annual report detailing the committee's progress. The committee shall submit the report by February 1 each year to the chairperson of the house environment and agriculture committee, the chairperson of the senate environment committee, the speaker of the house, the senate president, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the state library, and the governor.
