Section 168-B:5 Effect of Noncompliance.
Noncompliance with the requirements of this chapter shall not affect the determination of parenthood under this subdivision, nor shall breach of a judicially preauthorized surrogacy contract affect transfer of parentage under RSA 168-B:23, IV.
