Section 184:102 Injunctions.
In addition to the provisions of RSA 184:101, the superior court, upon complaint of the commissioner, shall have jurisdiction to restrain and enjoin any act forbidden or declared illegal by this chapter. It shall be the duty of the several county attorneys, in their respective counties, to enforce and restrain any violation of this chapter.
