Section 184:65 Testing, Notice of Result.
The results of the tests made by the commissioner or his deputy may, at the discretion of the commissioner, be communicated to the owner, operator or manager, or to any of the patrons of such receiving station from which such samples have been taken and tested, or to all of them.
