Section 184:68 Reports of Tests.
The said dairy department shall report in duplicate to the commissioner and to the owner, operator or manager of the receiving station, the results of such tests made by it. If said subsamples shall be received in poor condition the dairy department shall not be required to analyze, but in such cases the advance payment required by RSA 184:67 shall be returned to the party making the same.
