Section 184:76-a Weighing of Milk.
Any person who weighs, measures, or samples a producer's milk for the purpose of determining the amount and quality of milk as a basis for paying for product purchased shall procure from the commissioner a license showing that the holder is competent and qualified to perform such work, the competency and qualifications of such weighers and samplers to be determined by examination by the state supervisor of dairy services or under his supervision.
