Section 425:19-c Reports as to Basis of Distribution.
The commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food shall adopt rules, under RSA 541-A, relative to the reports of premiums as he may deem necessary to enable him to determine the pro rata distributions to be made of sums distributed under this subdivision.
