Section 428:1 Applicability of Other Provisions.
The procedure for poultry inspection, as well as the rights and duties of those parties involved in such inspection, shall be substantially that prescribed by RSA 427, with the exception of RSA 427:1-a, provided that the applicability of said chapter shall be subject to any contrary provision contained in this chapter .
