Section 436:113 Rulemaking.
The commissioner shall adopt rules, under RSA 541-A, relative to:
I. Quarantine procedures.
II. Fees authorized under this subdivision.
III. Laboratory testing.
IV. Other matters necessary to the administration of this subdivision.
