Section 436:90 Rulemaking.
The commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food shall adopt rules under RSA 541-A, relative to:
I. The method of levying the administrative fines under RSA 436:88-a, II.
II. Any other matter necessary to the administration of this subdivision.
