Section 188-D:10 Program Established.
There is hereby established the New Hampshire incentive program providing grants for the benefit of residents of the state seeking or pursuing programs of study at postsecondary institutions. All funds received pursuant to this section shall be nonlapsing and continually appropriated to the postsecondary education commission for the purposes of this program.
