Section 188-D:3-a Executive Director.
There is created the position of executive director of the postsecondary education commission. The executive director shall be appointed by the postsecondary education commission and shall serve for a term of 4 years and until a successor is appointed and qualified. The executive director shall be compensated in the amount prescribed in RSA 94.
