Section 188-E:12 Secondary Vocational Education Programs; Federal Authorization.
In accordance with 20 U.S.C. sec. 9271, the state shall include in its unified plan, all secondary vocational education programs authorized under 20 U.S.C. 2301 et seq., known as the Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Applied Technology Education Act of 1998.
