Section 189:25-a Universal Service Fund; Definition of ""School.''
For the purpose of obtaining discounts pursuant to the universal service fund, otherwise known as ""E-rate'' discounts, as established by section 254 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, ""school'' means any public or private elementary or secondary school, and any regional vocational educational school designated under RSA 188-E, including educational programs offered at such vocational educational schools for pre-kindergarten, adult education programs, and juvenile justice programs.
