Section 206:40 Copies of Plans and Requests to be Filed.
The department of fish and game shall file copies of any plans or requests for funds submitted to the United States government as part of an application for federal funds with the speaker of the house and the president of the senate within 7 days after said plans or requests for funds are submitted.
